Return and Refund Policy

At Bags Corner, we aim to provide a clear and fair return and refund process. This policy applies to all orders shipped within the United States.

Return Window

Customers have 21 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. Requests made after this period may not be approved.

Return Eligibility

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In original packaging
  • All original tags, accessories, straps, dust bags, and authenticity cards included.
    Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as Final Sale, Clearance, or Non-Returnable
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized, customized, or altered items.
Returns are accepted for:
  • Defective or damaged items.
  • Incorrect items shipped.
  • Customer reasons such as change of mind or preference.
Return Shipping Cost & Labels

Return shipping and return labels are the customer’s responsibility in all cases, including:

  • Defective or damaged items.
  • Incorrect items shipped.
  • Non-defective returns (change of mind).

Customers must arrange, pay for, and include a valid return shipping label when sending items back. Bags Corner does not provide prepaid return labels.

Restocking Fee

Bags Corner does not charge any restocking fees for approved returns within the 21-day return window.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Email support@bagscorner.store within 21 days of delivery.
  • Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos (required for defective or damaged items).
  • Wait for approval and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Ship the item back using your own return label.
  • Returns sent without prior approval or a valid RA number will not be accepted.
Refund Process

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 days.
A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is initiated.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not appeared after 10 days:

Exchanges

Bags Corner does not offer direct exchanges.
Customers must return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact support@bagscorner.store within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include your order number, description, and clear photos.
  • Arrange and pay for return shipping.
  • After inspection, an approved refund will be issued.
