1. Refund Eligibility

The return request was submitted within 21 calendar days of the delivery date.
The item was received in a defective, damaged, or incorrect condition (wrong color or wrong item).
The customer wishes to return a non-defective item within the 21 day window, provided that the item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags and accessories.
The return request has been reviewed and approved by our customer support team before the item is shipped back.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
The return request is made after the 21 day window has expired.
The product shows signs of use, damage, or tampering not caused by Bags Corner.
The product is returned without prior approval or a valid Return Authorization (RA) number.
Items marked as “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” or “Non-Returnable” at checkout.
Gift cards or promotional items.
3. Refund Method
All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Alternative methods such as cash, checks, or transfers to another account are not supported.
If the original payment account is inactive or closed, the customer must coordinate directly with their bank or card provider to retrieve the refunded amount.
4. Refund Timeline
Once your returned item is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will notify you by email that your return has been processed.
Refunds are initiated within 10 business days after the returned item is received and approved.

5. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may apply in specific cases where:
The returned product is missing parts or accessories not due to our error.
The item shows minor handling wear but is still accepted for return.
In such cases, the refund amount will be adjusted fairly to reflect the product’s resale value.
6. Shipping Costs and Return Labels
For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Bags Corner covers all return shipping costs.
A prepaid return label will be emailed to you simply download and print it, attach it securely to your package, and ship it back using the instructions provided.
For non-defective returns (e.g., change of mind, wrong color, or size preference), Bags Corner will still email you a prepaid return label, but the shipping cost of that label will be deducted from your total refund amount.
You are required to download and print this label before returning the item.
7. Restocking Fees
Bags Corner does not charge any restocking fees for approved returns or refunds made within the 21 day window.
