A: Orders require 1 to 3 business days for processing, and transit time is typically 2 to 5 business days. Total estimated delivery time is generally between 3 to 8 business days.

A: No, we do not offer direct exchanges. You must return the original item for a refund and place a new, separate order for the desired item.

Q: How long does the refund process take?

A:  Refund process takes 10 days. 

Q: Who pays for return shipping?

A: Bags Corner provides FREE return shipping for ALL returns. We will email you a prepaid return shipping label. Simply download and print it. There is absolutely no cost to you for return shipping.
