Return and Refund Policy

At Bags Corner, we aim to provide a clear and fair return and refund process. This policy applies to all orders shipped within the United States.

Return Window

Customers have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. Requests made after this period may not be approved.

Return Eligibility

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In original packaging
  • All original tags, accessories, straps, dust bags, and authenticity cards included.
    Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as Final Sale, Clearance, or Non-Returnable
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized, customized, or altered items.
Returns are accepted for:
  • Defective or damaged items (Products that arrive with manufacturing defects or damage).
  • Incorrect items shipped (We shipped the wrong item or wrong size/color).
  • Non Defective (Customer reasons such as change of mind or preference).
Return Shipping Cost & Labels

Bags Corner provides FREE return shipping for ALL returns.

We will email you a prepaid return shipping label. Simply download and print it. There is absolutely no cost to you for return shipping.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fee.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Email support@bagscorner.store within 30 days of delivery.
  • Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos (required for defective or damaged items).
  • Wait for approval and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Download and print the prepaid return shipping label we send you.
  • Ship the item back using the prepaid label.
  • Returns sent without prior approval or a valid RA number will not be accepted.
Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item:

  1. Inspection: We will inspect the item to verify it meets the return eligibility requirements (unused, unworn, original condition, etc.)

 2. Processing time: Refunds are processed within 10 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item

 3. Refund method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout

 4. Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not appeared after 10 days:

Exchanges

Bags Corner does not offer direct exchanges.
Customers must return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact support@bagscorner.store within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include your order number, description, and clear photos.
  • We will email you a prepaid return shipping label and return instructions within 1 business day
  • Download and print the label and ship the item back (at no cost to you).
  • After inspection, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
